What this website does not do
- No analytics or visitor tracking.
- No advertising or social media pixels.
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
What is collected, and why
When you send a message. If you use the contact form, email or WhatsApp, I receive what you send: usually your name, your business name, your contact details and your message. I use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver your website. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and, where it applies, the steps needed before or for a contract.
When you visit. Like any website, the service that hosts it may keep technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the service running. I do not use these logs to identify or track you.
Who else handles your data
- Website hosting: GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). It serves the pages and may keep technical logs, as described above.
- Contact form: Formspree (formspree.io). Messages sent through the form are passed through Formspree, which delivers them to me by email.
- Email and WhatsApp. If you contact me this way, your message is handled by those providers.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy and may process it outside the European Union.
I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long it is kept
I keep messages only as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it is used. Just send me a message. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
